In our first two videos on Brand Positioning, we spoke about its importance and the starting point i.e. the consumer. But, even after putting resources behind building a brand in the market, there are three external factors that can influence it.

These are the three Cs – unforeseen Challenges that we come up against, Competition that impacts what we do and marketing Channels which can be a huge differentiator for the brand. These three C’s can be converted into big opportunities if we approach them wisely.
