Communication is the lifeline of any organisation. What you communicate is entirely dependent on how you communicate it. We can use the other person to pour our internal garbage onto and then face the repercussions of that, in hindsight.Or, we can mindfully choose our words, while being aware of our covert way of communicating, which is through gesture, expression and tone.
