Sundar is an Erickson Certified Professional Coach.

He has earlier, served in leadership positions (CxO / Director level) for 11 years. He has been with TVS & Sons (as CIO), Lanson Toyota (as COO), Xenon Automotive – (a start-up, as Director) and Flosil Group (as Group CEO). He has handled multiple businesses / profit centres, has done assignments in varied industry verticals and has managed almost all functional areas of management. In the early part of his career he has worked with A F Ferguson and KPMG as a Management Consultant.

Coaching and Mentoring are passions for Sundar and he has always been mentoring & training his team mates in Organizations where he worked. He believes that people will contribute passionately if they know why they are doing what they are doing. He likes to work on capability development and making people realize their potential which are key to people’s successes.

Sundar is a Mechanical Engineer (Honours) from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai and has additional qualifications in many management areas.
