Dr.Ram Ramdas, alias Startup Monk,  is the Founder of Wonderlend Hubs and Herald Logic, two startups in the Financial Services sector, working on exciting products and services impacting society at large, specially the middle and lower part of the pyramid.

In his own words, he is “a mathematician by training, a tech entrepreneur by choice and a dreamer by birth”. He’s driven by a passion to bring about large scale change by the power of grass root innovation. Currently he is focussed on the area of channelizing this passion to democratize credit for millions of individuals and small businesses.

Dr.Ramdas is a Ph.D. in Mathematics jointly from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

He has eclectic interests including mathematics, philosophy, psychology and creative writing.
