The Learning and Development delivery team is headed by Ragini Rao, Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst(TSTA (P)), with over 30 years experience in Psychotherapy and Training work.

Ragini has been President of the South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts (SAATA).She trains professionals to become Psychotherapists and has also conducted multiple training programs for large corporates.

The team comprises of experienced and trained Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Trainers and Coaches with significant exposure to issues faced by working professionals.
