TA-101 is the introductory program in Transactional Analysis, the internationally popular and time-tested theory on human behaviour, developed and explained by Dr. Eric Berne.

The theory helps in understanding oneself and identifying changes that one could make in one’s thinking, feeling and behaviour; in order to improve communication and people management skills. It thus helps improve relationships –be it at work or in personal life.

The 2 day workshop works as a guiding philosophy in all aspects of life. At work, executives and managers, be they in HR or in other functions, specially those with large teams and handling issues within their own teams or across teams; or managing interactions with customers, vendors etc, will find this workshop on self awareness very useful in managing interactions and improving relationships. It can lay the foundation for personal growth as one moves up the career path towards leadership positions.

In personal lives, likewise, awareness of why we and others behave in a particular way; and the importance of the learning one acquired from childhood onwards; helps in bringing change in one’s own behaviour towards close family and friends. It also contributes towards bringing up children with awareness and mindfulness.

TA 101 program participants are awarded certificates by the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA).

TA 101 Online – Program Methodology

This program is being conducted online through Zoom. It will be a highly interactive workshop, enabling understand the theories of Transactional Analysis in a simple, but impactful way. The workshop includes individual and group activities as well as discussions.

The program timings are from10 am to 5 pm on both days, with lunch/tea and bio breaks.

The Facilitator – Ragini Rao

The program will be conducted by Ragini Rao, TSTA(Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst), one of the senior most professionals in the field of TA in India, authorised to conduct this program. Ragini Rao is also the current President of the South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts(SAATA).

Ragini Rao conducts open programs for individuals and special programs for organisations.

She trains people to become Psychotherapists, which is a 5-7 years course in Advanced Transactional Analysis certified by ITAA.
