Murali Sankar Hariharan, Director and Co-Founder of Lamplighters Asia, is a business leader in Strategic Growth and Business Transformation space working with technology companies across the world.

He is also a Director with Karbonless.ai, a Singapore based company focused on managing carbon emissions from Technology infrastructure. He has 30+ years global experience across a wide spectrum of businesses in the IT Industry. His last corporate assignment was as Head of Strategy and Business Development for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Asia Pacific & Japan, based at Singapore.

Murali’s primary focus is in the area of business transformation and acceleration for technology businesses. Working backwards from aspirational goals of companies, he strategizes, develops and delivers business plans, leveraged models and mechanisms for accelerated revenue and market growth.

Murali is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith leadership Coach and works extensively with leaders in the industry in the ASEAN-South Asia region. Having worked earlier in leadership roles in organizations like IBM, Oracle, Redington, Wipro and Eutech Cybernetics, Murali has an excellent understanding of global markets, local deployments and the need for customized models of business engagement.

He has set up multiple successful and profitable businesses and programs as an intrapreneur- from Printer Consumables and Peripherals for Wipro, to ISV and Global Entrepreneur program for IBM, and is currently a catalyst in business transformation consulting.

Murali is a PGDM from IIM Bangalore, and an Electronics & Communication Engineer from College of Engineering, Chennai.
