Kavya is a HR professional with an MBA in Human Resources with diverse experience in people- centric roles such as recruitment, training and development, employee engagement.

She is a member of the South Asian Association of Transaction Analyst (SAATA).

Being a self-conscious person naturally and curious about relationships and communication patterns, she has always been fascinated by the questions such as “Why do people behave the way they do?” , “What is going on in that mind? ” etc., This self-awareness, combined with her interactions with individuals from all walks of life—adults, youth and children, has shaped her journey into exploring the human mind and behaviour at a deeper, more meaningful level.
