Whenever we sense or perceive a threat, our bodies go into a natural response – either fight or flight. Either way, as we respond, we get into a mode of anxiety.

Anxiety affects our ability to think and take the right steps at crucial junctures. It also impacts the body and mind in multiple ways, affecting our physical and emotional wellbeing.

How should we handle these periods of anxiety?
